Volunteer Bond
A $50 volunteer bond will be required for all youth program registrations via cheque deposit at the start of the season. Cheques made out to St. Albert Nordic Ski Club (not SANSC or any other alternatives) must be submitted when families pick up their ski rentals. If not renting equipment, bring cheques on the first day of lessons. Please write the names of the children you have registered on the back of the cheque. We require one cheque per family, NOT one cheque per skier. Cheques will be shredded at the end of the ski season for all families that complete a minimum of 3 hours of volunteer time. Opportunities for volunteering will be provided in a sign-up sheet on a first come, first served basis. For any questions regarding the volunteer duties, please contact our volunteer coordinator Vonda at sansc.volunteers@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for youth lessons is as stated below. Please read these policies before registering for youth programs. Requests for refunds based on extraordinary circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis by the Youth Program Director.

If lessons are cancelled due to low enrollment or due to new Alberta Health restrictions, lesson fees will be refunded but club membership and insurance fees will not be refunded.
