2021/2022 COVID PROTOCOLS

Trails will be open and lessons will continue this winter with modifications to satisfy the latest and most current AHS recommendations. The City of St. Albert Kingswood Shelter will be open with reduced hours but its use is discouraged as a gathering and warm-up space. Skiers are encouraged to arrive dressed or use their vehicles to dress before lessons.

To ensure a safe environment for everyone in our ski family, SANSC will be following the AHS Restrictions Exemption Program for this ski season. This means the requirements listed below will be in effect for ALL our volunteers, coaches, lesson participants, parents staying for Bunny lessons and special event attendees. There is no need to show vaccine record to drop off/pick up your youth.

Requirements for all volunteers, coaches, lesson participants and event attendees over the age of 12:

  • proof of vaccination or;

  • proof of a negative rapid test result taken within 72 hours of the lesson or event or;

  • documentation of a medical exemption and;

  • masks during lessons and club sanctioned events

  • do the AHS Covid-19 Checklist before lessons
