St. Albert Nordic offers an accessible, engaging, and educational cross-country youth ski program for school and community groups. Get outside, learn the basics of cross-country skiing, and explore St. Albert's Riverlot 56 with qualified instructors, equipment rentals included!

We offer high quality cross-country ski lessons to school and community groups of up to 30 youth! The 3-hour experience includes ski equipment rentals, a lesson on the basic skills of cross-country skiing, and a guided ski through St. Albert's Riverlot 56. Cost is 18$ per student, with groups arranging their own transportation to and from Kingswood Park.
What to Expect
After filling out the booking form, our school and group bookings coordinator will email you within 2-3 business days to confirm availability on the dates you have chosen. We will also send you a form to indicate your members' shoe sizes so that we can ensure we have enough equipment for your group!

Upon arrival, ski groups should make their way to the St. Albert Nordic ski shed, where they will be greeted by their instructors. Skiers will be sized up for equipment in the ski shed and have the opportunity to store personal belongings. Restrooms are available next door in the warm-up shelter. The warm-up shelter also has benches and picnic tables should groups want a space to eat snacks or lunch; however, we ask that groups please be mindful that the warm-up shelter is a shared space with the public.
